The Sofolk renovation technique was developed in the early 1990s with Mr Jean Poré, doctor of chemistry, professor at a tannery school, director of the Centre Technique du Cuir (leather technical centre), honorary president of the A.F.I.C.T.I.C and author of the book "La nourriture du cuir" (Leather nourishment).

  • The Sofolk method is inspired by the way leather is worked in tanneries, and the raw materials used are the same.

  • A renovation or restoration of your leather with our products means the recolouring / colouring lasts at least 5 years* under intensive use. * Provided the instructions for use and the post-renovation care are followed.

  • Unlike its competitors, Sofolk is the only one to include, before or after colouring, an oil that restores the leather's original suppleness.

My testimonial on your car skai renovation products

Hello, I must tell you how amazed I am by the result: it is incredible, my interior looks like new. The repairs are spot on; the only issue was that I had to learn how to sand the filler, but after a few tries it was perfect. I also noticed that you need to be careful with the temperature (not below 18°C, otherwise the dye reacts). My children were stunned by the result and brought over their friends who had seen it before, especially since they had told me to have everything reupholstered (including the door panels, which were torn). Renovation of my brown leather sofas
