What are Renault's leather colour codes?

At Renault, the original upholstery and interior harmony are shown on the manufacturer's plate, usually fixed on the right-hand centre pillar. The upholstery is written with a code such as CUIR04 (full leather), TICUI1 (leather combined with fabric or Alcantara), DRAP08 (fabric) or SIMI01 (leatherette). The harmony, noted HARM01, HARM02?, gives the colour of the dashboard and plastics. On older models, these codes had six letters (for example ATLANT or CENDRE).

The table below gathers 86 upholstery and harmony codes, from the Twingo to the Laguna, Espace, Vel Satis and Avantime. How to read a Renault upholstery code

The code number does not refer to a fixed colour: it changes from one model to another. CUIR04 is light greige leather on a Laguna 2, while HARM06 is dark carbon on a Laguna 2 and Amazon green on an Avantime. So always read the code together with the model and its phase. Colour names are Renault's own (in French): carbone foncé, grège clair, beige Sahara, blond doré?

Where can I find my Renault's upholstery code?

On the manufacturer's plate, most often fixed on the right-hand centre pillar (passenger side), sometimes also in the service book. The upholstery code starts with CUIR, TICUI, DRAP or SIMI, and the harmony code with HARM.

What is the harmony code for?

It gives the colour of the dashboard, door panels and interior plastics. It is useful for renovating plastics or for checking the overall colour of the interior, in addition to the upholstery code.

My code has no matching shade in the table: what should I do?
