A "hole" has appeared on the back of the sofa, about where the head rests. It's as if the leather had disappeared.
We can distinguish a kind of dark matter that is sticky.
How can we fix this?

Hello,
Start by cleaning with sebum cleaner, your leather is burned by seborrhoea. It will be necessary to make a repair with the repairing paste, recolour and varnish.
