Monitoring of colours and bases

Catastrophic!!! For 1 year I have been renovating at my own pace a nice vehicle and I started from the inside, a leatherette for which I ordered a shade according to a transmitted sample and I was delivered on a solvent-based base, nothing to say, nice grip, good coverage, believing I finished around June, I realized that my central armrest before had been forgotten!!! the tile!

Equipped with my references, I order a last bomb, always on a solvent-based basis, we don't change a winning system and then we are delivered a bomb on a "water" basis, after message, believing in an error, I am told that the solvent-based bases no longer exist and that I have to do with the water base which should not pose a problem, I "seemed" too long (end of not receiving SOFOLK following this message however I am not a PRO, but an amateur who advances at his own pace! This doesn't seem to be SOFOLK's traditional audience given the tone of the answer)

I just returned from holidays, I protect the parts near my last room and I start...... catastrophic, the water base does not stick at all, it is transparent, it runs and even stains the carpet, cool, I curse SOFOLK and its frequent changes of bases because I was advised, at the beginning of my work" the solvent-based base for its impeccable grip.

Moreover, on the phone before ordering, I had had a contact person who warned me, assuring me that a last bomb on a solvent base was possible but that the water base was now at the top, confirming to me in passing that the water base of another shade that I had ordered earlier this year for my dashboard was not of the same quality and would not give the expected results. (I had already noticed on a small part of it)

I find myself stuck with an imperfectly finalized foundation and renounces the repair of my dashboard with these poorly monitored products.

I still hope for a solution, a trick, a trick, a trick, a means, a step for a particular customer (not PRO) because I am angry.
