Recolouring of a two-tone leather lounge

two straw yellow club chairs and a dark green 3-seater sofa, tired but not really damaged. It's rather their colours that I've grown tired of. Can you assure me that their re-colouring will give a good result, I wouldn't want to slaughter them. And what colours do you recommend, black or dark brown for the sofa and medium brown for the armchairs, for example?

that if you have to choose scales, we are interested in blacks, chestnuts and plums.
And maybe you can advise us: ideally we would re-colour the yellow plum armchairs and the dark green sofa in brown, as dark as possible. Or the other way around if it's better. If I show you the current colours of our pantone armchair/canape, can you give me some suggestions?

After a closer look at your photos, your walls are light, you have dark furniture, so stay in warm tones, or in a range of brown.

Hello,
indeed it's not easy. I want to keep the chairs as light as possible so as not to darken the room when the furniture is already dark, as you suggested.
A priori, the dark green sofa could turn purple (collar 201) or dark brown (the 109 for example that you recommend), but I would like to treat the currently yellow armchairs in a lighter way. Could colour 31 be suitable, for example?
