Lighter re-colouring of a leather sofa

3 answers

Hello,

I would like to recolour my leather sofa which is currently in black in a lighter shade but I don't know which one yet....

Could you tell me if this is already impossible, and if it is possible how precisely to carry out this recolouring?

answer

Yes, it is possible to change from black to lighter but you have to stay in dark colours like brown, bottle green, navy blue, burgundy etc..., you just have to provide an extra layer of Pigment Recolourant and do this recolouring on a non-drying leather.

,sofa is burgundy I want to color it in bottle green

is that the recoloration is safe and definitive without discoloration in use?

answer

Hello,

Yes, you can switch from Bordeaux to bottle green. You will re-colour with the same product that was used for its original colouring, it will fade with time (light, sun) and with wear and tear due to use.

Sincerely

Sofolk
