In this case, the edges of the cut are too far apart for the leather healing agent to weld them together. What you have to do is plug up with the repair paste and re-colour the leather piece to hide the repair.
Concerning the colour of the leather recolouring agent, please order our colour chart beforehand, or cut a thin slice of leather under your seat with a cutter and send it to us by post.
