Renovate bakelite steering wheel - collector's vehicle
Hello,
I own an old vehicle whose steering wheel and gear knob, made of bakelite, tend to chip on the surface.
Can they be repainted with plastic paint?
Is it necessary to apply a primer or a tackifier beforehand?
