Repair leather seat seat black seat exeo

Hello on the left side of my driver seat leather side in contact with plastic frame (at the lever level depth adjustment seat) so not on driver seat, I have two cuts of leather (fabrics under the uncut leather) about 5 mm. What can I do to fix it? And also a couture flank with leather that wears out.
