Are you unsure if it's possible to repair a hole in your leather or do something to restore its original appearance? Don't worry, it's entirely possible to fix this; just follow this quick guide.
Whether it's leather or faux leather / Skaï / synthetic leather, it's entirely possible to repair a hole. However, the method and products may vary. In this section, we will only discuss repairing a hole in leather.
To simplify, there are two types of leather: smooth leathers, which are easily repairable, and suede leathers (like nubuck and suede), for which we invite you to contact us if needed.
If your leather is a smooth-grain or ungrained leather, you can continue reading this article as it pertains to you.
If the hole has not gone through the leather, simply fill it with our leather repair paste. Since this product is white in color, you will need to recolor your sofa or car seat using our leather paint. This covering paint, available in your original color or any other shade, will effectively conceal your repair. On this note, we can create a custom color for you based on a sample you send us. Contact us for more information on this.
