Installation of the new shade

hello I received the new shade and I thank you for sending it to me. after starting all over again the result is still not conclusive I did a test on a piece of wood of the 2 shades next to each other they look identical (see photo) and I would even say that the result on the wood is closer to my original shade than when I apply the shade on the leather (2 shades and 2 coats of varnish). I do not understand why this result.

good evening thank you for your answer but as I have already explained here (https://www.renovation-du-cuir.fr/en-gb/forum/entretien-et-renovation-sieges-automobile-cuir-resultat-plus-que-decevant-apres-une-recoloration--954.html) that my original shade does not draw on grey but rather on blue and strongly resembles the n198 of your colour chart. I also attach a photo after stripping the first shade and sanding.

If the color is too blue we can send you a coloring to break the blue and get a gray without this shade.

Hello,
Your re-colouring agent must not penetrate the leather, it must remain on the surface. The tests we do in color testing are done on raw tanned leather, so it is very absorbent. Is the color too light or too dark? We can send you the necessary dye to adjust the colour.
