Hello, I would like to repair my Stressless armchair and its footrest.
How should I go about it? What do I need to buy? Can I do it myself?

Your project is feasible, but there is quite a lot of meticulous work involved, and you need to work on all of the leather.
- Prepare the whole surface with our abrasive.
- Degrease with acetone.
- Insert pieces of thin leather, flesh side facing you, so as to completely cover the foam. The piece must extend far enough to grip onto sound areas. Use the repair paste as a glue.
- Cut pieces of sheepskin (thick leather) to the shape of the holes, then stick them down using the paste again.
- Once dry, fill the edges of the damage with the paste, until the result is as smooth as possible.
- Recolour your armchair: allow 500 ml of leather paint, choose the colour "I provide a sample" and send us at least a sound 1 cm square.
- Then apply a protective wax.
- Apply the nourishing oil to moisturise your leather.
