The leather piping along the seams of the seat is worn; what can I do? The sofa is otherwise still in very good condition.

The piping along the seams of your seat is indeed worn and depigmented. This is a completely typical phenomenon: it results from heavy, repeated rubbing and a lack of regular care, in particular the application of a protective varnish intended to reinforce the leather's resistance.

To restore this area effectively, we recommend our Touch-up kit for leather sofas.
This kit allows you to recolour the leather locally and restore its original shine without having to treat the whole sofa.

As for the colour, we recommend that you choose the "I provide a sample" option when you place your order. This will allow us to reproduce your shade identically.
