I would like to know whether it is possible to repair my leatherette sofa and headboard
and which products I should use.

Unfortunately, the leatherette is too badly deteriorated to consider a repair that would fill in the missing material.
However, it is perfectly possible to lightly sand the surface to remove the peeling and loose parts, then recolour and varnish it. It is not a miracle solution, but it does have the merit of stopping the deterioration.
If your material had been leather, a repair would have been possible, though...
