Restoring a Chanel bag

Hello,

I am contacting you to restore a lambskin Chanel bag that is really very damaged (water damage, poorly painted and dried-out leather). The leather had been painted by its previous owner, but apparently too many coats had been applied; the whole thing was very dry and cracked (you could not even feel the leather underneath).

I therefore removed the numerous coats of dye with acetone (as far as possible).

I would therefore like to know what you recommend to give the lambskin back its suppleness and its shine, as it is particularly damaged.
