I wanted to know whether my Longchamp leather bag could be repaired with your white repair cream to be tinted and, if so, which shade to use. I showed it to a cobbler who told me it was not possible. I wanted to have your opinion. I am sending you photos. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Your bag can be repaired with our range.
Start by lightly sanding the leather. Concentrate on the damaged areas.
Degrease the leather with acetone.
Apply CicaCuir to the damage to stabilise the area.
Apply RépaCuir to fill the crevices.
Recolour with the pigment leather paint of your choice.
Protect with the wax.

I have the same problem with my black Longchamp Roseau bag; the leather is cracked in places exactly as in your photos, and the brand tells me that the only solution is to replace the leather panels, which would cost as much as the bag!
