Good evening, my Chanel Timeless bag has crumbled from the inside although it is intact on the outside. It was bought from Chanel in Brussels. I do not understand this phenomenon.

Same problem, both with (LEATHER) bags and even boots from major brands! I wondered whether it might be moths!!!!!??

Hello, there are 2 replies but it is dreadful! Either it is a very poor quality split leather, or a leather paste covered with paint/dye! It is a disgrace to sell such products, which literally dissolve. They cannot possibly be items from genuine brands, but copies made in China. Genuine leather does not age in this way. It dries out and may split, but it does not fall apart like this.
