Using a sample, our colourists can reproduce its shade

Before sending your sample, you first need to place an order on our website, or have a numbered renovation kit.

Please order a kit or a colour and choose the option "I will provide a sample". Complete your order and send your sample together with your order number.

Where can you find a sample?

For a car seat, you should be able to take a sample from a hidden part under one of the seats. You can also send us a headrest or any other leather or plastic part of the same colour.

For a sofa, under the frame there should be a fabric "dust cover". Remove a few staples. Behind it, you should find some material to cut off with a utility knife. You can also send us a cushion with its cover removed...

Expected sample size and material

1 cm² minimum, but it is preferable for it to be as large as possible and for the material to be identical to that of the surface to be recoloured.

The sample must be clean and of a uniform colour.

 

You will be informed by email when we receive your sample. Allow 4 to 10 working days for your colour to be reproduced and manufactured. In case of genuine urgency, contact us!
