Hello, I want to paint the white leatherette upholstery of a boat that has been burnt by the sun and has turned yellow; I do not know whether the white finish or the off-white is right. To determine the shade to use on your boat upholstery, you can consult our SOFOLK colour chart. Two references are generally suitable:
0 - White: pure white
6 - Off White: slightly ivory
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact match from a photo, as variations in lighting, angle and screen can distort the perception of colour.
As for the format:
The paint in a bottle (can) is designed for application with a paint spray gun or a lambswool roller (lacquer roller). This is the most recommended solution, as it offers better application quality and a more even finish.
The aerosol remains practical for small surfaces or one-off touch-ups, but requires more care to avoid overloading or uneven spray.
