What color code for cognac?

I have two white leather arm chairs that I want to change the color of: both from white to cognac.

What product(s) you recommend me for this? And what is the color code for cognac? I want the result to be matte, not e.g. satin.

How much color (in ml) should I get for the task, and how many coats is recommended so that the shade is even?
