Your leather is dried out and needs an oil treatment with "pied de boeuf" after a light sanding and cleaning with acetone. After this first treatment wait about ten days after cleaning, recolour and protect your recolouring. Be sure to level the surface of the leather in degraded areas.
You need 125 ml of oil, 250 ml of pigment recolouring agent and 125 ml of varnish.

You need three products:
The "pied de boeuf" oil to be applied 10 days before re-colouring to rehydrate your leather. Operation to be carried out after light sanding with fine sandpaper and degreasing with acetone.
-250 ml of pigment recolouring agent.
-125 ml of silky varnish.
Be sure to level the surface in degraded areas.
