Hello,
I acquired a 1998 Peugeot 306 Convertible. As you can see, the driver's seat is particularly damaged and has several tears:
- one of /- 10 x 3 cm
- one of /- 2 x 3 cm
- one of 1 of 3 x 1 cm

I don't know the exact colour reference, but I can easily send you a sample of the leather.
Do you think it is possible to repair it or should I consider a complete change of my upholstery?

Hello,
your leather seats are repairable. You will have some leather repair work to do but you should be able to renovate them satisfactorily at a lower cost (compared to a complete change of the upholstery).
The repair of leather tears should be done with the repair paste and several pieces of leather in order to make a lamination. The leather pieces should be slipped between the foam and the torn leather and be at least 3 cm larger.
The leather repair paste will allow the leather to be glued together and to fill in the gaps.
For tears where there is a lot of leather missing, we advise you not to fill with paste (this would be a lot to apply), but to add another piece of leather (if possible with the same grain) to the right shape and size. Use the repair paste to fill in any gaps at the edges.
The less repair paste you put in, the better!
