To repair cracks on leather, we have a colourless leather repair product: leather healing. It will allow you to weld the edges.
As far as the repair of a cigarette hole is concerned, without going through a complete re-colouring of your seat, we recommend the black repair paste (available very soon, for the moment it is only available in white). You will have to use it to laminate with a small piece of leather (to reinforce the repair), then to fill in the lack of material. This is the only inexpensive method to achieve a lasting result.
