Hello
I would like to renovate two seat cushions of an Audi S4 that have partly gone stiff after rain followed by sun, so drying far too quickly ... :(
Could you please advise me which products to use, in what order and for how long, to renovate them? I hope it is possible?

Hello,
In your situation we recommend using our leather softener.
It is a blend of our neatsfoot oil with an additive used in tanneries to soften hides.
Because the fibres are very tightly packed, it will take some time, which can vary from a few weeks to a few months.
For better penetration, it is best to apply it also, and above all, on the back of the leather if possible.
Also, do not be tempted to drench your leather with this product, because you need to bear in mind that the renovation products must afterwards be able to adhere. So, after the initial application, simply massage your leather without adding any more. This will allow the oil to work its way through the fibres.
