Cleaning/renovation of bmw m3 e36 seat

11 answers

Hello,

This morning I received the products advised by Sofolk I intend to start cleaning tonight.

However, I don't know in which order to use these products and how long to wait between each application, here is what I have:

-Beef foot oil

-Freezing cleaner

-Silky leather varnish

I also took something to bring my plastic dashboard back to life with plastic polish cleaner and I don't know if I should clean it before or if the product does it itself?

Thank you in advance for your advice!

P.S.: I'll put pictures of the seats tonight.

Hello,

In order:

1) The detachant cleaner, wait until the leather is dry to the touch,

2) The oil, wait for the infiltration into the leather.

3) The varnish, 2 hours of drying and polishing

Plastic polish is a cleaner.

Sincerely

The SOFOLK team

When you say to wait for the oil to infiltrate the leather, you have to wait until it is no longer greasy to the touch or wait a certain amount of time (x hour, x day)? And another small question, to polish the varnish, is to wipe it again after drying?

When the oil has penetrated, the leather becomes dull and to the touch it is no longer greasy. For the varnish after 2 hours we rub with a soft cloth as for waxing.

the cleaner works very well, just apply the instructions for use carefully

but the leather is completely damaged that it is not enough to give it a second youth...

Hello,

Your seats would have been worth a little re-colouring, but after being greased and varnished they will look better.

Hello,

In his request, Menu indicates that the oil received is foot of beef oil? Is that correct.
