Hello,

To repair a leather sofa with very wide cuts (about 20/25cm), I have leather parts to recover to make patches.
I therefore ask you to have the best advice of products to buy to make the tears join, then redo the
junction of the parts. The

closest colour is

RAL 1011
, there are also leatherette benches to renovate but it is a little less
urgent.

Hello,
The repair of tears and openings in your leather bench must be carried out by laminating. We offer a repair kit for torn leather here.
On all torn leathers and on very cracked leathers a lamination is necessary to avoid stretching which would hinder the effectiveness of the repair. If your leather is really very dry, we recommend that you rehydrate it with our Feet of Wheat Eating Oil at least 15 days before your repair.
Laminated: Adjust a piece of leather so that it covers the part to be repaired (at least 2cm on each side), slide the piece of leather behind the tear. Spread the RepaCuir with a spatula on the surface to be glued. Press to bring the damaged leather and the delivered leather part into contact with the kit. You have time to smooth the surface in preparation as much as possible. Drying time 2 to 4 hours.
Surface repair: RepaCuir also makes it possible to fill surface leather gaps. Sand the leather surface lightly with sandpaper. Apply the RepaCuir in thin coats to the required areas with a spatula. RepaCuir shrinks when drying, several thin coats will probably be necessary.
