Renovation of my volvo leather seats

Dear Sirs,
I would like to renew my car leather seats. They are in an very used condition and I will need a complete Kit from you. any advice about if renovation is possible, products needed, etc , will be helpful.
Please find some photos attached. I asked to Volvo Spain about colour code or colour description but I didn´'t have any answer. (it is similar to white).
