Black seat recolouring in red

Hello,
I would like to change the color of black leather bucket seats to Quatier red
on a 360 ferrari. I think changing the color of light seats to darker ones
no problem, but in my case going from black to red, I'm afraid it's going to be
complicated or even impossible. Do you think it could be done by a non-professional?
