CHANGING THE COLOUR OF MOTORCYCLE UPHOLSTERY

Hello,

I would like to change the black colour of the upholstery on my Indian Super Chief (seat and saddlebags) to the light brown colour of the Indian Chief Vintage in the photo.

The black upholstery material is "leatherette/faux leather" and it is in "new" condition.

Given that it is used outdoors (sun, rain, dust, wind...) and that the rider rubs against the seat, WHICH SOFOLK PRODUCT would be the most suitable to achieve the best result?

Perhaps the marine paint for "leatherette/faux leather" with UV protection?

Which number in your SOFOLK V2 colour chart (97 colours) is closest to the light brown colour in the photo?

And finally, what advice and recommendations can you give me to keep the upholstery in the best condition over time?

Hello,

The marine paint with UV protection will certainly be the most suitable. Please order our paint in the bottle version that you will find here; 500ml will be enough. For colour changes and for repainting new surfaces, this paint is indeed more suitable. However, you will need to apply this paint with a spray gun, in several coats.
To choose the colour, first order our colour chart here
