How does SOFOLK's aluminium wheel varnish work?

Once applied, this varnish creates a protective barrier on the surface of your wheels. It reduces the adhesion of brake dust and road grime, making every wash quicker and more effective.

Transparent and glossy, it does not alter the visual appearance of your wheels and does not yellow over time. It withstands multiple high-pressure washes without peeling off.

Surface preparation before application

To ensure optimal adhesion of the varnish, surfaces must be carefully prepared:

Remove all residue: grease, oil, dust, oxidation.
Lightly sand or abrade the surface.
Mask adjacent surfaces before spraying.

Application instructions

Shake the aerosol vigorously for at least 1 minute once the ball begins to move. Spray the surface to be treated in a back-and-forth motion at a distance of 20 to 30 cm.

Wait 45 minutes between each coat and apply a minimum of 3 coats. Allow 3 hours before any contact for a full cure. Drying times may vary depending on coat thickness and ambient temperature.
