The first thing to do is to repair the 2 tears by gluing a piece of leather between the foam and the leather (we will provide them to you). you will need the repair paste for this gluing and to fill the cracks before re-coloring the leather panels concerned. To glue the piece to the seam you will need a little Neoprene. If you follow our advice you can make an almost invisible repair.
