Hello,

On my 2009 Opel Insignia, the leather of the driver's seat folds and cracks (See photo).

Before a piece comes loose completely, I was thinking of applying your repair stick.

Will it do the trick?

Thank you for your quick answer.

For the photo, I deliberately pressed the fold so that it could be seen clearly.
Without pressure, the leather closes again. So I'll try the stick already.

Hello titou29, Unfortunately no. Nevertheless, I didn't test the stick, I first checked with a saddlery specializing in car restoration near my home, they thought the stick wouldn't have been enough and we should have considered a "big" restoration, so I dropped out immediately. I'll go to an Opel dealer to see what he recommends. Sorry and good luck.

I went to Opel this morning, appointment scheduled for 26/02 to change the complete seat.
Price excluding VAT 160âA without labour...
I'll keep you informed once the job is done.

We think that the stick will not be enough but it is necessary to try, it is not easy to guess the state of the leather on a photo, otherwise it will be necessary to use the paste with recoloration, we will advise you for the repair.
