Hello,
I am looking for a repair kit for one of my customers for synthetic leather sofas (2 x 3-seater sofas). Can you confirm that your kits are designed for both leather and imitation leather?
It is a synthetic leather with a shiny surface (outer layer 100% PVC, inner layer 100% PES).
I guess you need a repair kit but also a dye to recolour the synthetic leather, and probably "a varnish" or something else for the shiny surface?

Hello,
The products and renovation method of synthetic leather (or leather / imitation leather) differ from real leather.
Synthetic leather can be repaired with our RepaSkai. This pasty product is different from leather in its chemical composition. It attaches very strongly to the fabric weft that appears when the leatherette is cracked or cracked.
Skai paint, on the other hand, is identical to that for leather.
Concerning the skaï varnish, this is also not the same as the one we propose for real leather. Synthetic leather being smooth (unlike leather), we had to modify it so that its "touch" would be the best possible. As you point out, it is indeed the varnish that gives the finish to the material: matt, satin or glossy!

We do offer complete kits including all products. The renovation kit leatherette sofa 3 places being the most important one that we propose, this one will therefore be insufficient.

Finally, concerning the colour, it will be advisable to send us a sample by post so that we can reproduce it. If this is not possible for you, we will send you a colour chart!
