How to renovate this beige leather part bmw e92

As indicated in the title, I appeal to you to find out which product is best suited for repairing beige leather on my BMW e92. As you can see on the picture, over time, the leather has been rubbed too often and has therefore lost its colour.
Not knowing anything about it, I ask you how to do it and with which product?

Good evening,
Yes, only this seat is the conductive one. On this same seat there are some really very small discoloration points that should be corrected in order to make the color of the seat well united.
I also specify that the photo makes the problem less serious than in reality (I explain myself, the defect is greater than it seems and brings a greater difference in hue than in the photo).
